Christine Catasta elected to OMV Supervisory Board

Following the departure of Thomas Schmid as Supervisory Board member of OMV Aktiengesellschaft elected by the General Meeting, Christine Catasta was elected as a new OMV Supervisory Board member by the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 10, 2021. In addition, the Supervisory Board has elected Ms. Christine Catasta as the First Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, the Presidential and Nomination Committee, and the Portfolio and Project Committee, and as Chairwoman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
 
Christine Catasta was CEO of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC)  Austria until 2020 and has been appointed as interim CEO of ÖBAG in June 2021.
